Our Team
We take pride in our ability to recruit excellent applicants, and we screen for the very best. We are very selective when it comes to choosing who will become an agent. If we screen 100 candidates, we might only select 9 or 10 as possible candidates for our customers. All of our staff candidates have to go through two in-person interviews, a chat-based interview, a writing test and an IQ test. In addition they would need to pass through any additional screening that our customers will pose to them.We provide a regular working environment for agents. This includes an office space, a reliable internet connection, power and a new computer. We also monitor attendance and deal with all of the administrative and human resources headaches.

The Agents of Value system is designed to be the most efficient way of getting webmaster help. A traditional project-based staffing model has a bottleneck in the remote location project manager. A project manager serves as the gatekeeper to the producing workers. In order for requests to get through to a worker, the project manager needs to understand the information and then relay this. This creates two different conditions which can reduce the quality of the project outcome:

1. Set Goals. This includes setting short term goals and long term goals. What objectives do you want to accomplish in the next two weeks? What goals do you want to accomplish in the next 12 months? 2. Be Considerate. Even though you will probably only know your agent over chat or email, still consider that they are a real person. Sometimes people have great ideas and complete tasks perfectly. Other times people get sick or make an error. One easy way to be considerate is to keep in mind the Golden Rule (aka the Ethic of Reciprocity). Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.
3. Be a trainer. If you are in the position to hire an agent, you might also be the best one to train an agent. Webmaster work is very sophisticated. Articles that are published on the Internet will often be out of date shortly after they are published. In addition, there are many different strategies that could be employed, to varying degrees of success.
If you are particular about the results of a project, then it really is up to you to make sure that an agent is trained properly, and instructed about your goals.
We screen our agents very intensely. Agents for tasks like content building, SEO, affiliate marketing, or general web marketing have been given IQ tests, in person interviews, and asked to create writing samples under time pressure. In addition, webmasters for technical projects involving graphics and programming are asked to create a sample project to demonstrate their abilities.
But, even after our screening, an agent is still a raw resource. In order to gain the maximum benefit from their work, they will require training specific to your work tasks.
