As a customer of Agents of Value, we want to make sure you have the best results possible. We’ll work with you to make sure the agent you hire is a good fit for your work, and that they are consistently producing expected results. 10. If I hire several agents, can I have them all sit together to collaborate more easily?
Our agents work in 3 separate offices in different cities in Philippines (Makati City, Iloilo City, and Davao). As long as the agents you hire are in the same office, we can arrange for them to be seated together.
11. Is it possible to have my agent work a specific schedule?
We operate two shift schedules in our offices. A day shift and night shift schedule. The shifts are 9 hours long, with an hour ‘lunch’ break. Generally, it’s possible to find a work schedule that works.
12. Who will be the project manager for managing my staff?
Every work shift has an agent supervisor, who provides some basic project management services. They can help you troubleshoot any problems with your agents, and make sure there are no roadblocks in the way of an agent being productive. As a client, you are responsible for day to day project management of any agent you hire from Agents of Value.
If you have a team of more than one agent, a common strategy is to elect one agent as a team leader. A team leader can be in charge of reviewing work progress, and keeping other team members on schedule. If you are interested in adding a team member to serve as a project manager, you may consider adding one of our Philippines virtual assistants to your team. We’ve screened these agents specifically for having strong organizational and communication skills.
