Massomeh Indanan, a computer engineer, is one of the pioneer agents of Agents of Value and started out as an online assistant. As the business started to grow, she started growing with it and explored other fields and positions and gathered enough knowledge to be able to train the new agents in link building, SEO and web designing.
After training lots of agents and dealing with lots of clients she then was promoted to be the project manager.
As a project manager she tried her best to keep up with the relationship between agents and clients and kept track of the agent’s improvement and performance.
She then was appointed operations manager then to Branch manager after sudden organizational restructuring. With the help of her Iloilo Team, Massomeh is now focused on how to make Iloilo Office an organized and comfortable office for all.
Fritz June, a BSBA Marketing grad, but landed a job in Finance. She was hired as an Administrative Assistant and never thought that she will handle the Finance Department in just a short span of time.
Her present job is challenging and required much attention in record keeping, tracking down and updating the finances of the Branch, purchases, payroll, contributions and remittances for employee’s benefits. Finance is far from what she’d been taught in school but she’s willing to accept and learned new responsibilities.
She learned the 4P’s in Marketing (Product, Price, Place and People) but she’s using the debit-credit, vouchers, basic pay, net pay, deductions, check number of Accounting and Finance in her current job.
She loves to travel 3 hours a day, from home to office and vice versa, just to be with her kids after an exhausting day.
Faith graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Biological Science major in Microbiology. She has experienced working as Asst. Researcher for Early Childhood Development Project under DSWD through the Social Science Research Institute. She started working in Agentsofvalue as a Webmaster for the Marketing Team of Backcountry.com. As an agent, she has build a profound relationship with her fellow agents that’s why when she was told that she is being promoted to the position of a project manager all her hesitation vanished.
She wanted not only to expand new horizon and to experience new things but she also want to act as a mediator between the agents and the administration. She didn’t have a lot of computer skills that she can pride herself on but she considers her sparkling personality responsible for putting her where she is right now.
Faith is a genuinely warm person. She doesn’t believe in power comes great responsibility, because for her power itself is still a responsibility.
Mary Grace A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing from the University of the Philippines in the Visayas- College of Management. Wasn’t an Internet enthusiast during her schooling days but have learned to love it when she became an employee of Agents of Value. She was not ready to grab the position of a Project Manager when it was offered it to her due to her being so young and lack of actual experience in management. But she has overcome it and is starting to enjoy the tasks assigned to her.
One thing she has learned from her Business Administration days is customer satisfaction. And the application, she has realized, does not only pertain to the company’s clients but also to its manpower. She must know this, being an agent was her first real job.
Mariddie, is a graduate from University of the Philippines in the Visayas with a bachelor degree in Psychology. She is a former Human Resource Officer of Waffle Time, Coffeebreak and Ciao, one of the fast growing food chains and coffee shop here in Iloilo. She attended various seminars and trainings to further enhance her interpersonal skills and knowledge on the Human Resource field. Now, as the Branch Human Resource Officer of AOV, her tasks is to strictly implement company policies, hired competitive agents,deal with some legal matters and act as a link between agents and the Admin.
She is a person with integrity and passion for her work. She loves to travel and be with her friends and her family.
Mia Florence, a graduate of BA Psychology from University of the Philippines - Visayas (Miag-ao) is the Branch Human Resource Assistant. Her previous job is Psychological Assessment Interviewer of QIDS Project of UP Economics Foundation for PHilHealth and DOH where she conducts Psychological test to children from 6mos old to 7yo & do interviews with parents/guardians where she enhanced her outgoing nature & able to deal with different personalities.
Now as BHRA she is in-charge of the employees 201 files, entertains applicants and gives exams, updates DTR, attends to the employee’s needs & other office-related works.
She is an idealistic, fun-loving person who loves adventure & spending time with family & friends.. Her favorite color is green (all shades). She is serious in putting her career on top of her list that is why she is dedicated to her chosen field at Agents of Value.
RJ graduated from the University of the Philippines (U.P.) with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Information Systems. He has done different kinds of work prior to his employment with Agents of Value, including the set up of a campus-wide area network for the U.P. Visayas campus. He first learned programming in high school, when he was still using BASIC. He later learned different programming languages and development platforms, including Pascal, C, C++, Java, Perl, JavaScript, and PHP. His programming interests include web development and SMS development.
RJ is a born-again Christian and he believes in honesty, integrity, and treating people fairly, both in and out of the workplace. RJ spends time with his church, his immediate family, and his dogs when he’s not in the workplace. He enjoys eating pizza and playing musical instruments
Jomer Samson, a Computer Engineering Technology graduate from the Technological University of the Philippines-Visayas (TUP-V). A former Failure Analysis Technician of a multi-national Japanese company that produces laptops where he gained his excellent problem solving and hardware troubleshooting skills. He is now with Agents of Value as the System Administration Officer in which his main responsibility together with his team is to make sure that all workstations are lean machines for the Internet and achieve 99.9% uptime in terms of connectivity and delivery.
He is a team player, friendly, and loves exploring the great outdoors. He really spends a quality time with his family after he calls it a “day” of work.
