Setup Cost

In order to carry on with the business efficiently, Agents of Value will adapt a new method in charging setup costs. As a start, you will be charged a fixed amount of setup cost of $275 which is for the agent’s workstation which includes the table, chair, PC, headset, 512 RAM, 80 Gigabyte hard disk, internet connection and Operation System. If you want to add the RAM or the capacity of hard disk for your agent’s PC, there will be one time payment for the cost.

When it comes to the softwares that your agent will be using, you have three options to choose from.

  • You can make use of the open source softwares that we are using for free like Open Office, Filezilla and Notepad++.
  • If you have a particular software that you want your agent to use, you can have it installed in his PC. The company will give it back to you once you want to end your contract with us.
  • You can rent softwares from us. The cost of the softwares will be added to your monthly bill for a year. If you stop our service in less than a year, we will not charge the remaining months to you. Also, Agents of Value has the right of ownership for all the softwares.

    For those clients who already have agents in Agents of Value and have paid higher than $275, the exceeding amount will be deducted from your monthly bill. You need to confirm that to us before we do so. But if you want a particular software installed in your agent’s PC, that amount will be deducted first to the original cost of the software, and the remaining will be added to your monthly bill.
