How it Works
We work with our clients under 3 main types of working relationships. The relationships tend to be flexible, and the ultimate goal is the success and business growth of our clients. In many cases, our clients work with us using more than one of our typical engagement models.
Staff Leasing
Under a staff leasing arrangement, we provide selected agents who work directly for our clientele. In response to a client request for a specific need, we will either pull an agent from our existing pool of talent, or specifically recruit a new hire for the client.
Project Development
Project development is a common engagement model for clients that do not wish to be hands on with the creation of a work product. Clients give us a set of requirements for a project. We perform an analysis on the requirements of the project, and create a proposal and an estimate for the creation of the work output.
Hybrid Model
There are cases where projects are delivered on a hybrid model of engagement. This model has elements of staff leasing and project development. This method is often selected by clients who need additional support during a more complex project, but value the benefits of staff leasing.
