Cloud Server Systems Admin

Job Description

• Shall perform variety of systems administration (Unix/Linux) tasks requiring knowledge of established systems administration procedures.
• Shall also perform variety of web development tasks requiring knowledge of established web development procedures

Major Responsibilities:

shell scripting, server security, database management, all other tasks related to Linux Systems Administration (primary task) and Web development (secondary tasks related to primary task); security of computer systems

Skills:

• Unix/Linux systems administration
• familiarity with Google Cloud and AWS
• Python scripting
• HTTP and WebSockets
• MYSQL administration

Applicants should be amenable to being assigned to the night shift or be on call during nights to facilitate 24/7 support for certain projects
